The architecture of the ACB presses are based on the following principles allowing ACB to offer the main qualities expected by customers:

Safety and solidity of the press:
  • compact frame machine, in using a high strength steel plate
  • no mechanical or welded joint
  • no cast part to eliminate the risk of cracking
  • overall sizes and weight are reduced compared to the former range

Quality of work piece and flexibility:
  • high pressure forming
  • several forming sets with different dimensions & pressure

Low investment and maintenance costs:
  • reduced floor space with optimised weight
  • wear-out layer for the pad

Easy loading and unloading of tools and parts:
  • tools just laid on the table
  • quick changeover by movement of tables :
    • on carrousel
    • on 1 or 2 table transfers

Machine range : from 200bar to 1000bar (pressure) / from 2100T to 15000T
