- Box Furnace Presses
A small furnace with one or several hole(s) in the roof and the walls to allow the main ram and others actuators to move inside the furnace. Typically, presses of low tonnage (below 100 tons) using tooling with a side surface larger than the lower and upper surfaces. The Furnace can be electrically-heated or gas-fired.
- Heating Platens Presses
Various kinds of structure: c-frame, single welded modular structure, four-post columns presses… Metallic or Ceramic platens.
- Accessories: side-pushers, blank-holder, tool elevator, tool clamping system, twisting device
- Controls of Hot Forming Presses
When the upper and lower surfaces of the tool are larger than the side surfaces, it is recommended to use heating platens presses rather than box furnace presses. Heating platens presses are built either with a welded frame concept or with a 4 columns design. Welded frame concept allows a access from front and rear sides and is recommended for platen with smaller than 1.5 m.
Machine range: from 100T to 500T
