We are happy to be currently fitting a 400T superplastic forming press & a 600T SPF & 300T HF dual press. They both include bed shuttle for easy tool loading, and independent gas lines that can supply up to 60 bar. Additionally, the dual press is equipped with 4 side pushers developing 25 tons each

The EMC15000 is now ready for customer review. Our EMC are well adapted for small and medium series manufacturing. They present other differentiator advantages : less pressure needed to form parts accurately compared to fluid cell, die & blank loading/unloading at an appropriate working height to prevent msd, wear layer change performed in less than 5mn when it takes 2 day to change a bladder in a fluid cell machine
